In case where Nearby scan is identifying most of the tools, but missing some, please verify:
- Ensure the BLE tag is attached to the tool and activated
- Check whether BLE tag is linked to the tool in ON!Track
- Verify that the tag is free from external elements of steel, concrete, etc allowing better range for mobile app
- Ensure the tag has adequate battery to send a signal
