What can I configure for UAR alerts?

  • Updated

In ON!Track, you can configure UAR alerts to match your organization's working patterns.

You can define independent alert suppression windows for each of the following:

  • Locations — warehouses, jobsites, or any gateway-equipped fixed location

  • On-road vehicles (vans) — service vans with vehicle gateways

  • Containers — tracked storage containers

  • Heavy equipment — assets with telematics gateways

Each of these can have its own unique schedule, so you can tailor the settings to how each type of asset is used in your operations.

For each entity type, you can configure:

  1. Days of the week — Select which days alerts should be suppressed (e.g., Monday through Friday only, or any combination)

  2. Time window — Set a start time and end time (in AM/PM format) during which alerts will not be generated

  3. On/Off toggle — Each entity type can be independently turned on or off. By default, all are set to Off, meaning alerts are generated 24/7
