What is difference between Suggested Transfer alert and UAR alert?

  • Updated

Unexpected Asset Removal (UAR) Alert:

A UAR alert notifies you when an asset is no longer detected at its assigned location. This means the asset may have been moved without being formally transferred in the system. The alert automatically closes once the asset is detected at its assigned location again.

Suggested Transfer:

A Suggested Transfer notification appears when one of your assets is detected at a different location than where it's currently assigned. Instead of just alerting you, it gives you the option to accept the transfer directly — updating the asset's assigned location in ON!Track to match where it actually is.
