Why does the stationary gateway show offline?

Warehouse gateway (stationary gateway AI G125) may show offline if:

  • The gateway is not plugged in.
  • The power cable is disconnected or damaged.
  • The internet connection is lost.
  • The network cable is unplugged or damaged.
