- Secure boot with a dedicated security chip
- Hardened Ubuntu operating system with no external user access
- Encrypted file system to protect stored data
- Signed applications and configurations to prevent tampering
- Secure communication (TLS) using ECC certificates
- ECC client and CA certificates for device authentication
- Anonymous data transfer from the gateway to the cloud (customer identity is handled securely in the backend)
