The status lights on the front face of the stationary gateway indicate different states. Details are provided below:

Green | Solid | Gateway is connected to and linked to |
Initial Configuration and Firmware Updates
- Connecting to the mobile network or installing updates which may take some time, particularly during the initial setup.
- The updates are downloaded while the gateway remains online and fully functional, so the LED stays green during the download. Once the download is complete, the gateway reboots to install the updates. During this process, the LED first turns solid yellow, then begins blinking yellow.
- For “blinking yellow”, this can take up to an hour.
