Connected Locker shows incorrect quantities on the display

Symptoms:

  • The quantities removed or returned don’t match what’s shown on the Locker display.

Possible causes:

  • The scale inside the Locker may not be working properly.
  • The scale might need to be recalibrated.
  • The item is too light for the scale to detect accurately.
  • There could be a software issue with the Locker.

Resolution steps:

  • Try to remove/return an item inside the malfunctioning scale:
    • No Weight Detected?

      • If the scale doesn’t detect any weight at all, it may be broken and needs to be replaced.
      • Please contact your Hilti representative to start the support process.
    • Wrong Quantity Detected?

      • If the scale shows incorrect quantities, it likely needs recalibration.
      • Please contact your Hilti representative to arrange this.
  • Still Not Working?

    • If the issue continues, please reach out to your Hilti representative to initiate further support.

Important Note on Item Weight Detection:

  • Very light items may not be accurately detected by the Locker’s scale.
  • To ensure proper tracking, it’s recommended that each item weigh at least 10 grams.
