Try to remove/return an item inside the malfunctioning scale:

No Weight Detected?
- If the scale doesn’t detect any weight at all, it may be broken and needs to be replaced.
- Please contact your Hilti representative to start the support process.

Wrong Quantity Detected?
- If the scale shows incorrect quantities, it likely needs recalibration.
- Please contact your Hilti representative to arrange this.

Important Note on Item Weight Detection:
- Very light items may not be accurately detected by the Locker’s scale.
- To ensure proper tracking, it’s recommended that each item weigh at least 10 grams.
