New Click-Through Guide for Tool Location

A new interactive guide is now available in the Help menu to assist you in finding the "Last Seen Location" of tools. It walks you through how to access location details and explains the source of the data, step by step. Open the Help menu and select “Tool Location Guide” to get started.

Report Update: Important Email Address Change

Starting June 28th, all system-generated emails from ON!Track will be sent from a new address: no-reply@ontrack.hilti.com

This change affects a variety of automated communications, including: Invitation and activation emails, Reports and alerts, transfer delivery notes and more (excluding registration emails)

Bug Fixes

We are happy to announce that the following bugs have been addressed: 

• Scheduled Reports: Resolved an issue where Gateway reports were displaying incorrect file names.
  
• Faster Updates: Image and label changes now show up in under 30 seconds.
  
• Service Dates: Overdue services will no longer appear as upcoming.
  
• iOS Restocking Fix: Stock quantities with decimals are updated correctly on the first try.
  
• Asset Manufacturer: You can now successfully change and save the manufacturer of an asset.
  
• Language Display: Traditional Chinese is now correctly shown (no longer mislabeled as Hong Kong Chinese).
• Search Fix: Searching with "Manufacturer" filters now works without errors.
  
• Inventory App Crash: Resolved a crash issue when continuing inventory for quantity items. Additionally, inventory reports are now sent correctly via email.
  
• Employee Upload: You can now download the employee import template for bulk uploads.
  
• SAP Resync: Admins can now successfully trigger a resync with SAP from the Admin Portal.
