ON!Track Help Center Update:

We’ve focused on solving a key challenge in Proactive Asset Tracking, managing kits and their child assets.

To help you make the most of your current setup, we’ve created easy-to-follow resources that explain how kits work and how to reduce manual effort when dealing with complex asset structures.

To support you better, we’ve released 8 tutorial videos covering the new asset sub-type feature (introduced in July), automated transfer use cases, and how to manage kits and child assets in Smart Inventory, both on web and mobile.

These videos walk you through kit creation, assigning child assets, and tracking them proactively.

We hope these updates make your daily tasks easier and give you more control over your assets.
