Proactive Asset Tracking (PAT) Performance Improvements

Faster Updates for Van and Heavy Equipment Gateways (TU600)

The latest cloud update improves TU600 gateways responsiveness:

• Faster detection of new tagged assets: now detected within 10 minutes (previously 15 minutes) when the gateway is inactive.
• Quicker updates for asset removals: reflected within 20 minutes (previously 30 minutes).
• Improved offline status reporting: Gateway offline status is now reported within 16 minutes (previously 20 minutes).

These improvements ensure more timely and accurate data updates. 

Tag Scanning Capacity Enhanced for Warehouse Gateways (AI G125)

The performance of Warehouse Gateways (AI G125) has been significantly improved, now reliably scanning up to 500 tags.

Note: These enhancements for Van, Heavy Equipment, and Warehouse Gateways apply to all existing gateways currently in use - no hardware replacement is required.

Gateway Inventory Report Settings 

A new toggle in Gateway report settings lets you:

• Disable all gateway report emails - no emails sent to anyone
• Enable them again whenever you want

Easier Stock Management on Mobile (Android & iOS)

This release cuts down extra taps and gives you a smoother, more intuitive experience for restocking, correcting stock, and updating item status - all in one flow.

What's New

• One-Tap Restock: Directly restock from item details page. See live stock levels, add reasons or attachments, and move to the next item instantly with Scan Next.
• Smarter Stock Correction: Pre-filled quantities let you adjust counts quickly - perfect for inventory check or spot corrections.
• Simplified Status Change: Update item conditions (e.g., operational, broken) with a clean, consistent interface.

Improvements and Fixes

We are happy to announce that the following bugs have been addressed:

• We have enhanced the management of consumed QTY items. You can now correct consumption by transferring a consumed QTY item to a new location. This makes it easier to correct consumption records and ensures accurate tracking for your projects and sites.
• Fixed an issue with an error message appearing when trying to view consumed Quantity items. You can now access Quantity Items marked as "Consumed" smoothly, with the loading screen issue fully resolved.
• Fixed the issue where the ‘Tag battery low’ notification was not displayed for assets in the iOS mobile app.
• Resolved an issue that prevented users from searching for assets when creating a material request, restoring full search functionality.
• Resolved a display issue affecting only the Spanish version on Android mobile app, where black lines appeared and allocation details were missing on the Quantity Item List page. The list now displays clearly with complete allocation information.
• Resolved an issue on the iOS mobile app where a red dot incorrectly appeared on multiple options in the Me page when the selected location was archived. The red dot now correctly appears only next to the Location option.
