How to clone/edit/delete quantity items on web platform

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web

Cloning Quantity Items

• Select the Existing Quantity Item: Navigate to the quantity items list and select the item you wish to clone.
  
  
  
• Use the Clone Option: In the menu, select the "Clone" option. This will prefill all possible fields with the existing item's details.
  
  
• Complete the Cloning Process: Fill in any additional necessary details and complete the cloning process .
  
  
  

Editing Quantity Items

• Select the Item to Edit: Choose the item you want to edit.
  
  
  
• Edit the Details: Modify the specific fields you need to change. Note that only a specific set of fields can be edited.
  
  
  
• Save Changes: Click 'Complete' to save the changes. Be aware that sometimes the changes may not reflect immediately, and a page refresh might be necessary .
  
  

Deleting Quantity Items

• Select the Quantity Item: Navigate to the quantity items list and select the item you wish to delete.
  
  
  
  
• Ensure No Allocations: You can delete a quantity item as long as its stock is zero. It doesn’t need to be marked as ‘main’ to be deleted.
• Delete the Item: Use the delete option in the web platform to remove the item .

Note:

• Quantity items cannot be deleted via mobile application this feature is only available on the web platform.
