How transfer quantity item from quantity list on web platform

Transfer via Transfer cart

To transfer quantity items from the Quantity Item List View, follow these steps:

  • Open the Quantity Item List View, select the items you want to transfer using multiselect, then click the transfer button to begin.

  • Enter the quantity you want to transfer and choose the status for each item (like available, consumed, reserved, in repair, etc.). and click on Add to cart.


    • In the transfer details, pick where you want to send the items, this could be a warehouse, jobsite, storage asset, or worker. Click on Assign. 

 

    • Select the employee you want assign these quantity items to.


  • Set the transfer dates and return dates (optional) for all items or individual items depending on the requirement.


    • Confirm all the details and click on Submit.

 

  • After reviewing the details, confirm the transfer. You’ll see a message saying “Transferred successfully.”

  • You can check the transfer history to see what was moved and where.

Quick Transfer

  • Go to the Quantity Item List View, select one or more items using the multiselect option in the top right, then click the quick transfer button to start the transfer.

  • In the transfer details, you will be able to select the allocation (location, worker, or storage asset) to which you want to transfer the items. You can specify the number of items to transfer and adjust the status of each item as needed (e.g., consumed, available, reserved)  

  • After providing the necessary details, confirm the transfer. You should receive a "Transferred successfully" message on the screen once the process is complete.
