How quantity item transfers work vs asset transfers using mobile application

Quantity Item Transfers and Asset Transfers have distinct processes and rules which are mentioned below:

What is being moved	Bulk items like screws, cables, or nails.	Individual tools or assets like drills or machines.
Transfer	Select the Quantity Item (QI) you want to transfer and click on the allocations and then click on transfer. Select where the item should be moved. This could be a location, a storage asset, or an employee. Enter the quantity you want to transfer. Make sure all required details are filled in before completing the transfer.	Select the asset you want to transfer and click on the three dots and then click on transfer. Select the assets you want to move, then click "Transfer" to send them to the right place. Make sure to fill in all required details, whether you're transferring to a location, a storage asset, or an employee.
Quick Transfer	Select the Quantity Item (QI) you want to transfer, select allocation\s and click on the quick transfer. Fill out the required details where the item will be moved. Click on transfer now to transfer the quantity item.	Select the asset you want to transfer and click on the three dots and then click on quick transfer. Fill out the required details where the asset will be moved. Click on transfer now.
Special rules	Max 500 items with “Available” status per transfer	Each asset has a “Home” (default) and “Assigned to” (current) location
