Type of Badge (Key Fob):
Black Key Fob (Admin)
The black key fob is used by administrators.
Admins can:
- Refill (restock) items in the locker
- Change scale settings
- Update Connected Locker information

Red key fob (User)
The red key fob is used by regular users.
- Users can take items out of the locker
Red badge – Item removal
- Place your red key fob on the locker keypad.
- Select a location or cost center for the items you are taking.
- If you use a black key fob, you cannot select a cost center.
- The locker door opens.
- Take the items you need.
- The screen shows how many items were removed.
- Close the locker doors.
- No manual tracking is needed. The information is automatically sent to ON!Track.
Black badge – Restock locker
Only admins can restock the locker.
- Place your black key fob on the locker keypad.
- Cost centers cannot be selected.
- Select “Restock Locker” on the locker screen.
- The locker doors open. Refill the items.
- Close the doors when finished.
- The restock information is automatically synced with ON!Track.
Black or red key fob - Item return
- Place your key fob on the locker keypad.
- The doors open. Put the item back into the correct bin.
Important Note about Cost Centers
- You can select a cost center when returning items with a red key fob.
- However, ON!Track does not record returned items in cost center reports.
- This means:
- Once an item is assigned to a cost center, it stays assigned there.
- The locker inventory shows the correct total number of items.
- Cost center reports do not show the return.
