Adding Items to a Connected Locker

Before you can add an item to a Connected Locker, you must first add it to ON!Track.
This applies to both Hilti and non‑Hilti products.

Hilti Products

In some countries, Hilti products can be added automatically.
You can find them directly in the Hilti product catalog in ON!Track by searching with:

  • The item number, or The item description

Non‑Hilti Products

Non‑Hilti products must be added manually in ON!Track before they can be used in the locker.

Adding the Item to the Locker

Once the item is available in ON!Track, you can add it to the locker using the locker display: How to change the items stored in the connected locker

  • Open the Admin Menu
  • Go to Scale Configuration
  • Add the item to the locker

Setting Refill and Stock Levels

After the item is added to the locker, complete the setup in ON!Track:

At the allocation level:

  • Set or update the minimum and maximum stock levels
  • Turn on the refill option, for more details click here.

Final Step

The item is now fully set up and ready to be used with the Connected Locker and the CMS Refill process.
