How to access
- Open Locker Maintenance.
- Select Advanced Operations.
- The locker doors will open.
Available options
Reauthenticate
Important Notice: Reauthentication will reset the entire locker to a factory‑like state.
- Use this only when the tablet shows “Not Authenticated.”
- Follow the “First Authentication Workflow” to complete the process.
Update Employees and Locations
- Downloads the latest employee and location lists from ON!Track.
- The locker also updates this information every 12 hours.
Scales Zeroing
Important Notice: Triggering this action will perform a mass zeroing of all scales in the locker. This means: Every container will require a fresh calibration afterwards. The entire locker will be reset to its factory‑like calibration state.
- Resets (zero‑calibrates) all scales at once.
Ensure no containers or items are inside the locker before starting.
