With Smart Map, you can easily find and manage your assets. You can filter the assets shown on the map by specific asset types or by the sources that last tracked them. Anyone with access to Smart Map can filter the assets shown on the map by "Asset type", "Last seen source or “Last seen within” time range.
You can filter the assets on Smart Map by:
- Asset type: Choose from options like Unique assets, Vans, Heavy equipment, and Container/Kits.
- Last seen source: Depending on your ON!Track license type, you can filte+r by sources such as Nuron chargers, ON!Track app, Global BLE network, Gateways, Van gateways, Telematics gateways, Geotags, and more.
- Last seen within: This filter has the following options: Today, 3 days, 7 days, 15 days, 30 days or Custom dates (one can go back 365 days from the current date in the custom date range selection. The future dates as well as past dates beyond 365 days will be disabled)
Who Can Access This Feature?
Any user with access to the Smart Map tab in ON!Track can export the smart asset list. This access is granted through:
- A custom role assigned by an administrator
- The Admin or Support Admin role
Functionality

Asset Type Filter: Added to the Smart Map tab, showing options like Unique assets, Vans, Heavy equipment, and Container/Kits.
- For Lite license: Nuron chargers, ON!Track app, Global BLE network
- For Pro license: Gateways, Van gateways, Telematics gateways, Nuron chargers, ON!Track app, Geotags, Global BLE Network
You can filter the asset list by either one of the filters or use all filters together for more precise results. Functionality available to all users having access to the Smart map tab via a custom role
Instructions:
On Web Platform:
- Select the Smart Map tab on the screen.
- Choose the asset type and zoom in to find the desired location on the map.
- Select the desired asset to view its details.
On Mobile Application: (Update the screenshots after release)
- Open Smart Maps, click on the filter option, select the asset type filter, choose all the asset types, click Apply, and then select Done.
- Open Smart Maps, click on the filter option, select the Asset Type, choose the desired options, click Apply, and then select Done.
- Zoom in, select the desired asset, and view its details.
Note:
For a more precise search on the mobile application and web platform, use all the Asset Type and Last Seen Source and the Last Seen Within filters together.
