Web Platform:
When you view a historic service, the checklist section is shown in read-only mode.
This means you can see exactly how the checklist looked when the service was completed. Any changes made to the checklist template later will not affect these records.
- Changing the service result for a historic service does not change the asset status.
- Once the service is completed, the checklist and result are locked and can’t be changed.
- Changes to a service template do not apply to completed historic services.
Instructions:
Viewing Historic Service Details
- Search for the asset you need, select it, and click on “Show all historic services".
- Select the required historic service to view the service details.
Edit Historic Service
Select the required historic service and click “Edit.”
- You can view the checklist, but you can’t edit it. The checklist shows exactly what was completed at the time of service.
- You can edit the completion date, service result (if all mandatory items are checked), other details, attachments, and additional information.
- Company settings for automatic asset status updates do not apply when editing historic services.
- Any updates to the template won’t affect completed historic services.
Mobile Application:
- You can view and complete checklists for historic services if the template includes one.
- Checklist items will appear unmarked, based on the original template.
- After completion, the checklist is locked, and asset status settings won’t apply.
