Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web & Mobile
Key Points:
The following points apply to both the web platform and mobile applications:
Checklist is read-only after completion — When you view a historic service, the checklist is shown exactly as it was at the time of completion. It cannot be edited.
The service result can be changed conditionally — you can change it from 'Fail' to 'Pass' (or the reverse) only if all mandatory checklist items are completed. Otherwise, the result stays locked.
Asset status is not affected by historic edits — Asset status updates automatically based on the service result and company settings during active service completion. When editing a historic service, these automatic updates do not apply. You can still manually change the asset status separately if needed.
Template changes don't affect records — Historical services retain the original checklist data to maintain a clear record. Future changes to the checklist template will not affect these records.
