How to view & edit historic service results and checklists

  • Updated

Roles: Administrator & Employee | Interface: Web & Mobile

Web Platform:

When you view a historic service, the checklist section is shown in read-only mode.

This means you can see exactly how the checklist looked when the service was completed. Any changes made to the checklist template later will not affect these records.

  • Changing the service result for a historic service does not change the asset status.
  • Once the service is completed, the checklist and result are locked and can’t be changed.
  • Changes to a service template do not apply to completed historic services.

Instructions:

Viewing Historic Service Details

  • Search for the asset you need, select it, and click on “Show all historic services".

  • Select the required historic service to view the service details.

Edit Historic Service

  • Select the required historic service and click “Edit.”

  • You can view the checklist, but you can’t edit it. The checklist shows exactly what was completed at the time of service.
  • You can edit the completion date, service result (if all mandatory items are checked), other details, attachments, and additional information.
  • Company settings for automatic asset status updates do not apply when editing historic services.
  • Any updates to the template won’t affect completed historic services.

Mobile Application:

  • You can view and complete checklists for historic services if the template includes one.
  • Checklist items will appear unmarked, based on the original template.
  • After completion, the checklist is locked, and asset status settings won’t apply.
