How are Checklists reflected in the Service Reports?

To enhance visibility and management of checklist-based services, a new “Has Checklist” column has been introduced in all service-related reports

Key Features

  • New Column Added: The “Has Checklist” column is now available in all service-related reports.

  • Quick Identification: Users can instantly see which services have an associated checklist.

  • Flexible Reporting: The column can be added to your report views, used for grouping, and is available in filter options.

  • Assignment Visibility: When assigning services, the checklist status is now visible, improving workflow transparency.

How to Use the “Has Checklist” Column

  • Select one of the Service related Report templates "Completed Service" or "Scheduled Service"
  • You can add the "Has Checklist" column as an optional data field 



     
  • The column is available in filter options, though direct filtering is not currently enabled.
