How to add service checklist to an existing service template

To add a Service Checklist to an existing Service Template, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Service Templates section, make sure you're logged in with the correct permissions (admin or service manager).

     
  • Search for the service template you wish to modify.


     
  • Select the template from the list, click "Edit" to open it, then scroll to the service checklist section.


     
  • Click on "Create" or "Add Task" to start adding checklist items.




     
  • You can enter up to 20 short items (max 100 characters each). To "Pass" the service, complete all items marked as "Mandatory" first.


     
  • Once you have added all the necessary checklist items, click on the "Complete" button to save the changes to the service template.


     
  • You will find the service template and its checklist in the asset details of the linked asset.

Note: The checklist will be immediately applied to all upcoming and future services based on that template, while ongoing or completed services will remain unaffected.
