Service Completion through web application
Service completion through a checklist ensures that tasks are completed in the correct sequence, properly documented, and tracked for maximum transparency.
Instructions
To complete a service including the checklist, follow these steps:
-
Go to the "Assets" section, select the required asset, and click on upcoming services to view the details in the details panel.
-
When you access the service completion page, the checklist items for that service will be displayed. These items are preloaded from the service template.
- You must complete all mandatory checklist items before you can mark the service as "Pass".
-
Note: When mandatory items exist, the "Passed" button is greyed out until all are completed.
-
Finish all mandatory checklist items first. Then choose Passed or Failed. After that, the ‘Complete Service’ button will be enabled.
-
You can select "Failed" at any time, even if mandatory items are incomplete.
Note
-
An information pop-up will indicate that the asset status may change automatically based on the service result and company settings.
- After completing the service, you will be redirected to the manage service page at the upcoming service tab.
- Asset Status does NOT CHANGE for historic service or re-edited completed services
- Anyone who can complete a service - asset status change will happen automatically.
