How to change the items stored in the connected locker

The function Scales Configuration lets Admins configure which products should go on which scales in the Connected Locker. 

Three things need to be set up for each scale: 

Follow the steps below to configure each scale scale.

Open Scales Configuration

  • Scan you black batch. 



 

  • On the display, the Locker Maintenance page will show up. Select Scales Configuration.

  • The locker doors will open, and the display will show the internal layout of the Connected Locker.
     


 

Notes:

  • Only modify the positions you want to update.

 

Step 1: Select the Item

  • Tap the red pencil icon next to Article.
     

     

  • A search bar and a keyboard will appear.
  • Type the item name or item number.
     

     

  • Select the correct item from the list.
     

     

Notes:

  • The item must already exist in ON!Track.
  • If it doesn’t appear, it needs to be created in ON!Track first.

Step 2 : Set the Container Weight

  • Tap the red pencil next to Container Weight.
  • Remove the empty container from the scale.

  • Tap Zero scales to reset the scale.
  • Place the empty container back on the scale.
  • Wait for the weight to stabilize.
  • Tap Save.

 

Step 3: Set the Item Weight

  • Tap the red pencil next to Article Weight.

  • Place the items inside the container.
  • The scale will show the combined weight.
  • Enter the quantity of items.
     
  • Tap Calculate.
  • The system will display the weight of each individual item accordingly. 

     

Step 4 : Save and Complete

  • Tap Save to complete Step 3.
  • Tap Save again on the main screen to finish.
     

     

  • Repeat for other positions as needed.
