On-demand Local Inventory reports on mobile app

Local Inventory is a feature in the ON!Track mobile app. It helps you check which assets and quantity items are at a location, in a container, or assigned to an employee.

After you finish the check, you can send a report by email to share the results.

The report shows:

  • Found items
  • Not found items
  • Unexpected items

You can send the report as a PDF, Excel file, or both.

Note:  You can send the report to up to 5 email recipients. If you do not have the correct permissions, you may see an error when sending the report. In that case, contact your administrator.

Instructions:

  • Open Local Inventory

    • Open the ON!Track app
    • Tap Inventory
    • Tap Local Inventory

  • Select What You Want to Check

Choose one of the following:

  • Location – for a warehouse or jobsite
  • Storage Asset – for a container or van
  • Employee – for items assigned to a person

Then select the specific item (for example, a employee name).

  • Send the Report

    • Tap Send Report
    • Choose the format (PDF, Excel, or both)
    • Add email recipients (up to 5)
    • Tap continue

You will see a message confirming the report was sent.

Important: The results are saved only when you send the report.
