June 2026 - Release Notes

  • Updated

This release focuses on improving the experience of users who are working with consumables, services, mobile workflows, and integrations. The improvements make it easier to label and identify quantity items, onboard Hilti consumables faster, access service checklist information on mobile, and retrieve more complete data through ON!Track APIs.

Generate printable labels for Quantity Items.

Users often need clear labels for consumables stored in warehouses, vans, lockers, and storage assets. Until now, preparing labels for consumables has often required manual effort outside of ON!Track, which could slow down setup, make item identification harder, and increase the risk of incorrect stock updates.

With our introduction of new printable labels for quantity items, consumables get labelled faster and more consistently. Storage stays organized, stock updates stay accurate, and Refill workflows run smoother.

What has changed

ON!Track now provides a new self-service sticker generation capability that allows users to generate printable labels for Quantity Items directly from the application.

Labels can be generated from:

  • The Quantity Items page
  • The Quantity Items section under a Storage Asset

The feature supports both Hilti and non-Hilti Quantity Items.

Users can now:

  • Select up to 44 Quantity Items
  • Generate up to 88 labels in one PDF
  • Adjust the number of labels per item
  • Preview labels before downloading
  • Choose the start position to print for partially used label sheets
  • Adjust margins for better printer alignment
  • Download a ready-to-print PDF

Benefits

Users can label consumables faster and more consistently, making storage areas easier to organize and items easier to identify. This supports more accurate stock updates, smoother day-to-day consumable management, and better preparation for Refill-related workflows.

Availability

Label PDF is available in ON!Track for selected users is part of a limited rollout.

Improved Consumables Onboarding is now available globally

Users can now add Hilti Quantity Items directly from the catalogue or their purchase history. Earlier, this was slow and error-prone because users had to manually enter product details, especially when setting up multiple consumables at once.

What has changed

The improved consumables onboarding experience provides you with a faster, higher-quality and less manual onboarding experience of Hilti consumables.

Users can now search for Hilti consumable item numbers from their recently purchased products that automatically populate the fields that were previously managed manually.

Users can now benefit from:

  • Faster onboarding: Hilti consumables can be added in bulk with prefilled product details, including editable model names.
  • Improved data quality: Key product fields are populated from Hilti product data, reducing manual effort and errors.
  • Easier setup for larger lists: Users can copy item numbers from Excel and paste them directly into the search screen.
  • Clearer guidance and consistency: The onboarding screen now shows clearer status and error messages, while the manufacturer item number is locked after onboarding.

Benefits

Users can set up Hilti consumables faster, with less manual effort and better data quality. This creates a stronger foundation for inventory tracking, locker usage, labelling, reporting, and future automation scenarios.

Service checklists are now visible when editing services on mobile

Users using ON!Track on mobile did not always have the same visibility into service checklist information as they had on the web. This made it harder to review service details while editing services

What has changed

Users can now view the Service Checklist section when editing services in the ON!Track mobile app.

When a service is created from a service template containing checklist items, the checklist is shown on the service edit page for both upcoming and historic services.

The checklist is displayed in read-only format to preserve the original service record. For historic services, the checklist reflects the status captured at the time the service was completed.

Benefits

Users get a more consistent experience across Android, iOS, and the web. Users can review checklist details more easily on mobile, without switching platforms or losing context while working in the field.

Material number added to Asset APIs

Some integrations needed both the material number and serial number to correctly identify Hilti tools. When asset matching relied only on the serial number, it could lead to incorrect asset template assignment or block downstream repair-related processes for synced tools.

What has changed

The ON!Track Asset APIs now support material numbers.

API updates include:

  • GET Asset API now exposes the material number.
  • Create Asset API now supports material number during asset creation.

Benefits

Integrations can identify Hilti assets more reliably by using both the material number and serial number. This helps support correct asset template assignment and enables smoother order processing for Hilti tools.

Worker email added to Workers API responses.

Users who needed a worker’s actual email address previously had to retrieve it from another source. The Workers API only returned notificationEmail, which may not always be the same as the worker’s actual email address.

What has changed

The Workers API now includes the worker’s actual email address in addition to the existing notificationEmail field.

The new email field is available in:

  • GET /workers — included for each worker in the list response
  • GET /workers/{id} — included in the worker detail response

The existing notificationEmail field remains unchanged, so the update is backwards compatible.

Benefits

API users can retrieve the worker’s actual email address directly from ON!Track, reducing the need for additional lookups, manual mapping, or alternate data sources. This change makes integrations simpler and more reliable.
