You can now generate printable stickers for Quantity Items directly in ON!Track Web. Stickers include key item details and a barcode, making it easier to identify and scan consumables.
Why It Matters
Printable stickers help teams organise consumables more effectively, reduce manual labelling, and speed up stock handling in the warehouse and on site.
How It Works
- Select the required Quantity Items.
- Choose Generate Stickers
- Preview the layout and download the PDF.

Find Assets by Default Employee
What’s New?
The new Default Employee filter lets users view all assets assigned to a selected default employee. The Default Employee field can also be added as a column in the customised asset list view.
Why It Matters
This makes it quicker and easier to find and manage assets assigned to a specific employee.
How It Works
- Open the asset filters, select Default Employee, and choose an employee from the list.

Select All Now Works Across Container Contents: An issue that prevented the Select All option from selecting every item in a container has been resolved. Users can now manage large groups of assets more efficiently in ON!Track Web.

Smoother Hilti Asset Creation on Android: The “Failed to upload image” error that could occur when adding Hilti assets has been resolved. Users can now complete asset creation smoothly in the ON!Track Android app.
Reliable Service Assignment During Asset Onboarding: An issue that prevented services linked to asset templates from being applied during automatic onboarding has been resolved. Newly onboarded assets now include the required services from the start.
