Note:
- The report may be empty at first. It is filled automatically each time a Local Inventory is completed, and doesn’t include Local Inventories completed before the report became available.
The Local Inventory Report provides a central view of inventory results for locations, storage assets, and employees across your company. You can review all completed local inventory results in one place, download individual reports, or combine multiple results into a single Excel file.
How to Access the Report
- Go to Reports.
- Select the Local Inventory Report (Assets) template and generate the report to view the results.
When you generate the report, you can view inventory results from the past 90 days.
What You Can Do
- Search and filter results by Location, Storage Asset, or Employee.
- See who completed the inventory check and when it was performed.
- Download inventory results for a specific location, storage asset, or employee.
- Merge multiple inventory results into a single Excel file.
- Access generated reports for up to 90 days.

Good to Know
- The report is available to users with access to Reports.
- Inventory results are saved when Send Report is selected after completing a local inventory.
- The report shows the most recent inventory result for each location, storage asset, or employee.
- New inventory results replace previous results and remain available for up to 90 days.
- The overview and merged reports include unique assets.
- Quantity item results remain available in the email report sent after the inventory check.
