Adding a Location or Cost Center to a Connected Locker
To add a new location or cost center to your Connected Locker, you need to do two things:
- Add the location in ON!Track
- Allow the location to appear on the Connected Locker
The first step is always done in ON!Track.
How to Add a Location in ON!Track
- Open ON!Track and go to the Locations tab.

Click the “+” icon to add a new location, or select an existing location and click Edit to update it.

Enter the cost center you want to assign to this location.

Turn on “Settings for Hilti Connected Locker”.

When this setting is on, the location will appear on the locker screen as a selectable option.

- Save the location.
When the Location Appears on the Locker
- The new location will appear on the locker automatically within 12 hours.

If you need it to appear right away, an admin can:
- Use a black key fob
- Open Advanced Functions on the locker
- Start a manual sync with ON!Track
