Stock Change History shows all changes to stock levels over time in one place. You can see who changed stock, what changed, and when it happened.
It shows the details about:
- Activity type (Restock, Stock Correction, or Status Change)
- Original quantity (before the change)
- Corrected quantity (the amount changed)
- Final quantity (after the change)
- Attachments (related documents or notes)
Instructions:
- Select the item quantity, then view its allocations.
- Open the allocation tab and pick the allocation you want. In the allocation details slider, click View Stock Change History.
- On this page, you will see various columns such as: Activity Type, Original Quantity, Corrected Quantity, Final Quantity, Attachments.
