Scan Next:
Scan Next lets you process multiple stock items one after another without returning to the homepage each time. It’s ideal for tasks like restocking, inventory counts, status updates, or stock corrections.
When you tap Scan Next, the next item in the scan sequence opens automatically after each change is saved, saving time and reducing extra navigation.
Note:
If you jump from one QI to the next, the details of the last QI will be saved. A toaster message will appear, and this will continue as long as you click on the Done button.

Allocation Selection
Allocation Selection helps you quickly identify where stock activities should go by offering smart, personalized suggestions.
Recently Used Allocations
- The app remembers your last three allocations across all stock activities: Restock, Stock Correction, and Status Change.
- These are saved per user and shown first when you select an allocation, making it faster to complete tasks.
- Example: If you did a Status Change in Pune, Pune will appear as a suggested location when you do a Restock.
How the App Chooses Allocations
When suggesting an allocation, the app follows this order:
- Recently Used Allocation – if available for the item
- My Location – if it applies
- No Allocation – you’ll need to choose manually.
Good to Know
- Recently used allocations are saved per user and shared across all stock activities.
- (Example: If a user performs a Status Change in Pune, Pune will appear as a suggested allocation during Restock.)
- These suggestions disappear after you log out or update the application.
- If no allocation exists for a specific item, no recent suggestions will be shown.
