How does ON!Track work?
ON!Track applies a minimum presence rule based on the configured working hours of the jobsite.

If an asset is transferred into a jobsite and then transferred out again within 30 minutes, that day is not considered a chargeable Workday on Site.
Jobsite Business Hours
- Start time: 08:00
- End time: 17:00
Example 1 – Asset Spends Less Than 30 Minutes at the Jobsite
- The asset is transferred into the jobsite at 09:00.
- The asset is transferred out of the jobsite at 09:20.
In this case, the asset remains at the jobsite for only 20 minutes, which is less than 30 minutes.
Example 2 – Asset Is Transferred Out Within 30 Minutes of the Start of Business Hours
- The asset is already present at the jobsite.
- The asset is transferred out of the jobsite at 09:20.
Example 3 – Asset Is Transferred In Within 30 Minutes Before the End of Business Hours
- The asset is transferred into the jobsite at 16:40.
This transfer occurs within 30 minutes of the business-hours end time (17:00).
Since the asset was present at the jobsite for less than 30 minutes, ON!Track does not count that day as a chargeable workday.
This rule helps prevent very short visits or accidental transfers from creating asset cost charges. Only days where the asset meets the minimum presence requirement are included in the Workdays on Site calculation and the related asset cost calculation.
